• Sharjah developer to hand over first Aljada homes in Q1 2020


    Arada, the UAE's newest developer, said construction work was in full swing at its ambitious project Aljada, the largest mixed-use community development in Sharjah, with the first homes scheduled to be handed over in Q1 2020.

    Over 30 per cent of the work has been completed on Phase Four of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park, the world's largest single-site IPP park being built Dubai at a cost of Dh50 billion ($13.6 billion). Once ready, it will generate 950MW power.
