NAYEF Al Rajhi Investment has signed a contract with Japan’s Nikken Sekkei consulting and engineering company to build a mixed-use tower in Riyadh, a report said.

The tower, on the King Fahd Road, will be a “masterpiece of architectural and engineering excellence”, the Saudi Gazette said in its report.

The Japanese company was chosen for this project based on its global reputation and quality of its designs and innovative approach, Nayef bin Saleh Al Rajhi, chairman of Naif Al Rajhi Investment, was quoted as saying in the report.

The contract follows many meetings to build an “eye-catching” tower against the skyline of Riyadh, he said.
