Amfa to spotlight amenities-packed tower

April 2015

Bahrain-based Amfa Real Estate will be showcasing its latest 25-storey residential freehold apartments tower, when it returns to this year’s Gulf Property Show, which will be held next month at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre.

Located in Juffair, the tower offers 87 luxury one- to three-bedroom apartments with a penthouse. Other amenities include separate men’s and women’s health club, each featuring a swimming pool, sports equipment, sauna, Jacuzzi and a hair dressing salon. Equipped with the latest security system and special round-the-clock services, the building has a reception area and is accessed with three elevators.

“We have launched our new project that offers 25 storeys of freehold apartments to citizens and residents of Bahrain, GCC nationals, and foreigners in the heart of Juffair,” says a spokesman for Amfa.

He says the residential project offers the finest apartments with good aesthetic value. “The tower is located in the heart of Juffair, which is one of the most developed areas in the kingdom with a range of services, in addition to many eateries nearby.”

Amfa Real Estate was set up in 2013 as a member of Paradise Real Estate and Construction, which was established in 1982 to develop land and invest in building construction with an aim of diversifying investment inside and outside the country.

Amfa aims to become a leading and specialised company in the Middle East that increases the value of the property it manages. It plans to expand regionally in the field of property management and marketing of all types of real estate properties. The company has previously participated at exhibitions in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain to showcase its services and projects.

In May last year, it opened a showroom for luxury cars which was inaugurated by Bahrain’s Minister of Trade and Industry Dr Hasan Fakhro. The opening coincided with the launch of the Amfa Tower and real estate office.

Amfa will be at Srand GP86 at the Gulf Property Show.
