At the exhibition, UAE-based Al Hamra Real Estate Development showcased three unique properties. These include two categories of villas for the multi-million-dollar luxury Falcon Island Development, the newly launched spacious six-bedroom Bayti Premium as well as the Bab Al Bahr studio studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses.

Al Mazaya Holding showcased its latest investment and residential projects. This included Q Point residential buildings in Dubailand, as well as its extension Q Line; Istanbul Rhythm, which is built in joint venture with the Turkish Domankaya Real Estate Company; and Oman Residential, which enjoys a prime location close to Muscat City Centre.

Al Marjan Island (AMI), the first man-made island real estate project in Ras Al Khaimah in the UAE, was the gold sponsor of Cityscape Kuwait 2015. During the exhibition, the company sought to showcase the premier waterfront investment opportunities the development offers and open communication channels with Kuwaiti investors.
