The Sanipex Group has supplied a wide range of quality bathroom and washroom solutions for the much-anticipated Opera District, helping set the stage for Dubai’s newest arts and entertainment venue.
With user comfort being paramount for such an esteemed venue in the UAE emirate, designers working on the Opera House and neighbouring hotel sought quality fixtures and fittings from Sanipex Group in keeping with world-class facilities on offer, according to a spokesperson for Sanipex Group.
Billed as a ‘dedicated museum of modern art’, the Opera District features a 2,000-seat, multi-format Opera House, as well as two hotels, a roof-top restaurant, design studios and galleries.
From the sanitary ware through to accessories, the design of the washrooms and bathrooms throughout the Dubai Opera District needed to be functional and stylish.
“With such a wide array of products to choose from, from quality brands including Bagnodesign, Aquazone and Galassia, Sanipex Group was the natural choice for the project’s specifiers,” says the spokesman.
Products chosen for this prestigious project include contemporary M-Line brassware, statement piece Montecristo glass washbasins, curvaceous Urban wall-mounted water closets (WCs) and elegantly styled Community wall-mounted urinals. Sanipex also supplied a host of accessories for the all-important finishing touches, from grab bars through to toilet roll holders and soap dispensers.
“Just as important as product quality and variety for the country’s first opera house was the peace of mind Sanipex is able to offer in terms of stock availability, delivery and after-sales support,” says the spokesman.
He adds: “Not only was it imperative that fixtures and fittings were available and delivered to site when needed to ensure the project ran on time, it was also crucial that any downtime for maintenance can be kept to a minimum once the venue is fully operational.
“Sanipex Group was able to offer this assurance, thanks to its wealth of experience, excellent logistics and after-sales support delivered by its dedicated Project division.”
