Hill International, a global leader in managing construction risk, said it has won a contract from Health Assurance Hospitals Company (Dhaman) to manage the construction of two new hospitals in Kuwait.

Dhaman, established as a public-private partnership as part of Kuwait’s National Healthcare Expansion Plan, plans to build secondary care hospitals and primary health clinics in various locations across the country.

The three-year project and construction management services contract has an estimated value of KD3.9 million ($13.1 million), said the US-based company.

These projects entail the construction of 300-bed secondary care hospitals in the Al Ahmadi and Al Jahra areas of Kuwait besides staff accommodation buildings and parking facilities.
