Qatar’s Al Asmakh Real Estate and Paramount Hotels and Resorts have teamed up to build the country’s first Hollywood-inspired residential tower at The Pearl-Qatar, said a top official.

The upscale residential project – Paramount Residences Doha The Pearl is set to open in the fourth quarter of 2018, Fadi Barakeh, general manager of Asmakh Real Estate Development was quoted as saying in a Gulf Times report.

This project is the first of its kind in The Pearl-Qatar, Barakeh said, adding that the residences consist of 196 units. The amenities include Paramount Hotel and Resorts’ signature elements and destinations such as the California-inspired pool deck, work-play suites, a coffee shop, wellness and fitness centre and a kids’ studio club.
