Stella Maris ... a waterfront development.

General Construction Company has been awarded the contract for the main works of Stella Maris, a waterfront development in Dubai, UAE, being developed by Bloom Properties.

Taking shape at the southern end of Dubai Marina, the 52-storey luxury development will deliver 313 high-end residences in total, ranging from one- to three-bedroom units, as well as four-bedroom duplex apartments and
penthouses.
