ILC acquires two Terex cranes

March 2018

Terex Cranes said it has delivered two all-terrain Demag AC 300-6 cranes to Integrated Logistics Company (ILC), a leading logistics provider in the Middle East.

ILC said it plans to put both the cranes to work at several worksites across the Gulf.

The new six-axle Demag AC 300-6 all-terrain crane, boasting a 300-tonne classification, features an 80-m main boom. It delivers the strength, reach and versatility needed for accomplishing the most demanding jobs at lower operational and transporting costs than similar models in its class, said Terex Cranes.

Integrated Logistics Company CEO Salah Al Huwaidi said: “After much consideration, we selected the brand new Demag AC 300-6 because it combines long reach with a strong load chart to give us the perfect fit for efficient work at height or on reach, and it offers interchangeable components.”

“We have always received fast, reliable service from Terex Cranes – they really go above and beyond for us,” he added.

ILC, a one-stop-shop for the heavylift cargo handling, is specialised in the erection of heavylift, transportation of over dimensional cargo, alternative lifting services, engineering services, end-to-end logistics solutions, supply of all types of construction and lifting equipment to the oil and gas sector, petrochemical plants, steel structures, refineries, wind turbines, power and construction projects in the GCC.

The company also owns and operates a fleet of more than 2,000 units, which includes 600-plus cranes, 200 plus Axel Lines (SPMT/PST/THP), a tower lifting gantry system and other construction equipment.

Terex Cranes is part of Terex Corporation, a global manufacturer of lifting and material processing products and services.
