ECC to build Nshama’s Town Square apartments

UNA Apartments ... to feature 92 studios, and 764 one-bedroom apartments.

Engineering Contracting Company (ECC) says it has secured a Dh310-million ($84.3 million) contract from UAE-based developer Nshama for the design and construction of UNA Apartments within its Town Square Dubai development in Dubai, UAE.

This is the second contract that ECC has secured from Nshama, following the success of its Rawda Apartments.

Spanning over 90,350 sq m, UNA Apartments is a lifestyle residential community that will feature 92 studios, and 764 one-bedroom apartments. The main consultant on the project is Al Wasl Al Jadeed Consultants. It involves the design and construction of two nine-storey buildings with two podium levels accommodating a mixed-use development with numerous retail areas on the ground floor.

ECC will provide its dynamic engineering solutions  over a 25-month contract period to oversee and lead on the project’s design and construction.
