Bareem Townhouses ... 302 units released.

Arada, a UAE developer of key residential properties, is launching Phase Four of its premium Nasma Residences in Sharjah, following exceptional sales of its earlier phases.

The release of 302 units in this key phase will see the introduction of the Bareem Townhouses – a stylish collection of two- and three-bedroom homes created for couples and young families – into the community, says Arada.

Featuring a clean, modernist design that makes the best use of available space, Bareem Townhouses are priced competitively, in line with Arada’s commitment to provide impeccably built homes at a price point that is accessible for everyone, it adds.

Spread over a 5-million-sq-ft area, Nasma Residences has been carefully planned to ensure a balance between living areas and community facilities.

Nasma Residences will be anchored by a number of community offerings: a 13-acre lushly landscaped park with cycling and jogging tracks and large play areas; a multi-purpose community centre with a clubhouse; children’s nursery and full-service medical clinic.

According to Arada, the infrastructure contract for the project has been awarded to Darwish Engineering Emirates.

Work on Nasma Residences is progressing rapidly, with Phase One now 35 per cent complete and on track to be delivered by the end of this year. Mobilisation on Phase Two took place earlier this year, and the main contract for Phase Three construction is expected to be awarded this month (July), states the developer.

On the project’s progress, Arada says work on the community’s 6,500-sq-ft shopping centre had reached ground floor level, and is expected to be completed by the end of the year.

Chairman Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi says: “With only one more phase to come before Arada’s first project, Nasma Residences, is completely sold out, we are expecting a significant response from investors and end-users.”

Launched in March 2017, Nasma Residences sold out the first of the community’s five phases in less than a month, making it the fastest-selling residential real estate project in Sharjah. The project, which boasts more than 800 homes, as well as a community centre and parks, is due to be completed by the end of 2019.

Nasma Residences offers a superior location in the heart of new Sharjah at the intersection of Emirates Road (E611) and Maliha Road, adjacent to the newly developing Tilal City, Tilal Mall. The homes range in size from 1,400 sq ft to 4,400 sq ft and are complemented by generous plots.

 Also available in Phase Four, which is due to be handed over to owners by the end of 2019, is a select number of the Sharjah developer’s four- and five-bedroom signature villas.
