Signature Developers, a pioneering developer of luxury properties in Dubai, said its upcoming The Residences JLT provides the city’s largest master-planned community with its first super prime apartments.

Taking it one step further, each apartment comes with a glass pod, alcove or terrace, providing residents with a sense of freedom from within the confines of the building’s structure. Be it in the living room, the kitchen, or one of the bedrooms, these pods provide unobstructed 270-degree views, said the developer.

There are 105 pods in the building out of which 91 are a part of the Monogram, Autograph and Signature residences, while the remaining 14 belong to the Taj Hotel, it stated.

The Residences JLT is a mixed-use tower featuring 80 luxury residential units, as well as full-floor penthouses, set atop a five-star hotel to be managed by Taj Hotels & Resorts.
