Master developer Nakheel has announced the sale of its new collection of 147 luxury four-bedroom terraced homes – each with its own garden and a private swimming pool – at Jumeirah Park in Dubai, UAE. 

A first-of-its-kind development at Jumeirah Park, the high-end homes boast spacious terraces including an extensive rooftop entertainment area, a maid’s room, four-and-a-half bathrooms and a double garage. Prices start at Dh3.4 million ($925,509), with attractive payment plans. 

Spanning 3,807 sq ft and above, the new houses are located just off Garn Al Sabka Street, a stone’s throw from Jumeirah Park retail pavilion and a school, with Nakheel’s new clubhouse, leisure and retail centre – for which a Dh35-million construction contract was awarded last month – in walking distance.

Construction of the new homes is expected to begin early next year, with completion due in Q1 2021.

With almost 21,000 residents, Jumeirah Park is one of Nakheel’s sought-after communities, featuring over 3,000 luxury villas nestled among verdant parks and communal green spaces across a total 380 hectares.

Last month, Nakheel also began selling apartments at Dragon Towers – its new, twin tower residential complex at Dubai’s Dragon City, with prices from Dh449,000 ($122,229).

 Due for completion in 2021, Dragon Towers is linked by a covered bridge to Dragon Mart and its 5,000 shops, services and amenities, including a 12-screen cinema, supermarket and dining outlets.

Nakheel recently awarded the construction contract for the Dh713-million project, the first residential component of the rapidly-expanding Dragon City community and the only high-rise development in the area.

 Dragon Towers apartments, which have floor areas ranging from 624 sq ft to 937 sq ft, will come along with fitted wardrobes and premium kitchen appliances. It will also feature balconies offering panoramic views across the Dubai skyline. In addition each of these apartments will have parking space and an on-site security and key card entry system.
