Golden Gate Developers has won tremendous response from potential investors and buyers to its new residential development project, Golden Gate, at the Gulf Property Show’s mall event at The Avenues, Bahrain.

Golden Gate Developers is a joint venture between Kooheji Golden Gate and Indian real estate groups Ajmera Realty Group and Mayfair Housing.

Golden Gate, which aims to become the tallest residential towers in Bahrain,will come up in the heart of Bahrain Bay over a 140,000-sq-m area, offering residents views of the waterfront and top Bahraini landmarks in the area. It will consist of two towers with 45 and 53 storeys and a total of 746 apartments, as well as luxurious amenities, facilities and services.

With state-of-the-art gyms and spas, a home theatre, business centre and a concierge service, Golden Gate has a customer-centric focus, providing its residents with a unique experience of modern living.

The project was launched at a grand ceremony held at the Four Seasons hotel where guests were treated to a 360-degree virtual reality tour.  The joint venture said it has revolutionised the way real estate is viewed by introducing buying off-plan and allowing attendees  and potential buyers to envisage the property and experience what the future of real estate is.

The property is offering a range of apartments from studio to three-bedroom apartments, with prices starting from BD45,000 ($118,729).
