UAE-based fit-out contractor A&T Group Interiors is set to open two new offices in the Saudi cities of Jeddah and Riyadh as part of its regional expansion plans.

The launch also coincides with the group’s first F&B (food and beverages) contract win in the kingdom, said the company.

The move is a major step forward for A&T Group Interiors in the kingdom, providing a solid platform for further expansion of its Saudi business. These offices will serve as the hub for the firm’s operations in the country.

On the Saudi expansion, founder and CEO Tareq Khalafawi said: “With the rise of construction projects across the nation, it is no surprise that the demand for high-quality fit-out has increased. Our decision to open permanent offices and operations in the kingdom is key to our regional development strategy towards becoming leaders in the fit-out industry across the Middle East and will serve to enhance our offering to clients who operate in Saudi Arabia at such a dynamic time for the country.”

On its first Saudi contract win, A&T Group Interiors said Catch 22, a social contemporary eatery serving an array of Western-inspired dishes, is being set up by AMJ Investments on The Zone, an outdoor mall in Riyadh.

Designed by Bishop Design, the fit-out works for the project are scheduled to be completed in March. The scope of work includes a full fit-out contract for 9,400-sq-ft outlet, it added.
