Golden Gate Developers (GGD), a Gold Sponsor of the Gulf Property Show 2019, has plans to offer a special promotion at the event for its project – the Golden Gate – which is expected to comprise the tallest residential towers in Bahrain.

Designed to rise 245 m above ground, the $212-million twin residential tower Golden Gate project is a 50-50 joint venture between Bahrain-based Kooheji Golden Gate (KGG) and Indian real estate companies Ajmera Realty and Mayfair Housing.

It is being built on one of the seven anchor lands in the development in the heart of the $2.5-billion Bahrain Bay development in central Manama, and consists of two towers of 45 and 53 storeys with a total of 746 luxurious apartments – 286 and 460 apartments in each tower, respectively.

Anas Al Kooheji, executive director and board member, comments: “Bahrain Bay is an attractive central location for investors. As Gold sponsors of Bahrain’s leading real estate event, we will be promoting a lifestyle opportunity for buyers and investors visiting the Gulf Property Show.”

Meanwhile, Eman Al Mannai, vice president of sales and marketing of GGD states that with 140,000 sq m of built-up space offering stunning views, the premium development will provide residents luxury canal and seaside living, easy access to a wealth of amenities and nearby links to both local and international transport connections.

KGG has previously exhibited at Gulf Property Show at The Avenues – Bahrain, the winter edition that complements the flagship event held annually in April.

“The Gulf Property Show is one of the well-known property exhibitions and a good investment in the region,” Al Mannai tells ABDULAZIZ KHATTAK of Gulf Construction, adding since Golden Gate is the biggest development in the country, it is a must to “sponsor one of the best property shows in Bahrain”.

At the show, she says the developer aims to provide a visual representation of the Golden Gate and inform visitors about the unique lifestyle offered at the project.

Dhaval Ajmera, Golden Gate executive director and board member, says: “This project is part of our company’s development strategy to increase our investments in global real estate opportunities. Golden Gate, in association with the Kooheji Group, is our marquee entry into the Kingdom of Bahrain.”

Jubran Abdulrahman, managing director of HCE, the show’s organiser, says: “The collaboration between Kooheji, Mayfair and Ajmera shows the reality of investor confidence in Bahrain’s real estate development.”

“The Golden Gate provides an exceptional value-for-money opportunity to be a resident in one of 746 residential innovative and luxurious units. The quality of the development will be on show for all to experience at the Gulf Property Show,” says Abdulrahman.

Golden Gate Developers will be exhibiting at Stand G1 at the Gulf Property Show 2019.
