Al Tijaria is building a residential resort complex in Dilmunia Island.

Commercial Real Estate Company (Al Tijaria) will be showcasing its first project, Symphony Tower Al Tijaria, and announce the opening of show apartments for viewing at the project at this year’s Gulf Property Show.

This will be the company’s second participation after its debut in November 2018 at Gulf Property Show at The Avenues – Bahrain, the winter edition that complements the flagship event held annually every year in April.

Fawaz Ebrahim, CEO of Al Tijaria was happy with the positive response at the stand.

“We saw a good footfall due to the location selected in the mall and we closed some deals but, most importantly, we gathered a database of potential prospects,” Ebrahim tells Gulf Construction.

He says the location, timing and promotional campaigns for the April show in addition to the variety of projects that will be showcased at the exhibition is what has encouraged them to exhibit once again.

Symphony Tower, Al Tijaria’s main development project in Bahrain, is one of the tallest residential buildings in the country with 351 sea-view units on 46 floors. The project occupies a 3,856-sq-m site next to the Diplomatic area in the heart of Manama overlooking the King Hamad Causeway that connects the capital with Muharraq.

Construction work on the tower was completed in November 2018 and work is now on the interior finishes, which include tiles, kitchens, toilets and the facade of the building. The mock-up apartments were recently completed and are expected be ready for launch this month (April).

Ebrahim says Symphony Tower, Al Tijaria is an elegant and modern property and is unique in that it offers a variety of facilities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a wide arena for various sports activities such as tennis, basketball and volleyball, a coffee shop, men’s and women’s health clubs. All apartments, ranging from studio to three bedrooms, enjoy panoramic views of the sea and city. There are six floors for parking.

In addition to being located in the heart of the capital, it has a vibrant surrounding with numerous commercial and tourist attractions nearby, including Diplomatic Area, Beit Al Quran, Moda Mall, The Avenues, Bahrain City Center, Seef, Bahrain National Museum and Bahrain Bay.

The project enjoys good accessibility with direct entrances and exits to the main streets, including Al Fateh Highway and Sheikh Hamad Bridge.

Elsewhere in Bahrain, Al Tijaria is building a residential resort complex in Dilmunia Island on an area of 30,700 sq m. The piling works are expected to start in the next few months.

Ebrahim says the company plans to expand with the development of shopping malls, leisure and entertainment projects alongside residential and commercial ones in various locations of the country, such as Budaiya and Hamad Town.

Al Tijaria will be exhibiting at Stand C3a at the Gulf Property Show 2019.
