Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, said it has completed more than 86 per cent of the construction work and 60 per cent of the external works at Farishta Azizi, its community development project located within Al Furjan in Dubai.

Farishta Azizi – part of the impressive line-up of Azizi Developments’ 20 projects in Al Furjan – comprises 284 residences in a mix of 137 studio, 124 one- and 15 two-bedroom apartments as well as eight spacious penthouses.

With the final finishes under way, including the installation of wardrobes, kitchen cabinets and sanitary fixtures, Farishta Azizi is on track for completion in Q2.

Additionally, more than 85 per cent of the façade work has been completed, while work on the second fix of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP work is at 95 per cent.

Farishta Azizi is located in the high-growth corridor of Dubai and enjoys easy access to the Expo 2020 site, Ibn Battuta Mall, and Discovery Gardens, among many other points of interest. It has a retail precinct of over 7,200 sq ft and is located between Sheikh Zayed Road and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road.
