Officials at the topping out ceremony for Wilton Terraces.

Ellington, a leading design-led property developer in Dubai, has achieved a key milestone in its track-record of on-schedule project completion with the topping out of its ‘Wilton Terraces’ residential community, its first project in Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City).

Featuring only 283 bespoke one- and two-bedroom homes, Wilton Terraces is surrounded by 2.4 million sq ft of greenery and set along the Dubai Water Canal, said the developer.

These homes are set in two 12-storey towers, elegantly designed to accentuate its picturesque setting. With a focus on promoting community living, the two towers are interconnected by a single podium, which creates a magnificent exterior.

The homes will soon be completed as per schedule, less than two years since the project was launched.

Focused on sustainability, Ellington creates healthier communities and brings the latest technologies and trends to the market, which is reflected in the on-schedule topping out of the project and through its innovative design.

Each Wilton Terrace apartment is thoughtfully planned with separate laundry cabinets, built-in wardrobes and cabinets for the bathrooms.

Among the distinctive features of the project is its new design philosophy with creative artworks in public areas that are reminiscent of the region’s ancient connection with the Silk Road.  The lobby reception has an abstract interpretation of the Silk Road map crafted using the string art technique, it added.

Joseph Thomas, the managing director of Ellington, said: “The topping out of Wilton Terraces highlights our single-minded focus on timely project completion. With its exceptional design, central location and rich array of amenities, the project will enrich the lives of residents. Here, modern architecture, technology and nature come together, to create an exceptional living experience. We work with world-class designers, consultants and contractors to ensure the highest standards.
