UAE-based wasl properties has completed Phase One of its mixed-use project, wasl 51, in the Jumeirah area of Dubai, UAE, and has also started leasing 24 of its luxury villas in the development.

The project, which on completion will boast 140 luxury villas, comes as part of the company’s strategy to provide luxurious developments in premium locations across Dubai.

The development will feature a total of 65 three-bedroom and 75 four-bedroom units with sizes ranging from 3,900 sq ft to 4,500 sq ft besides 10 villas each with a lift.

These villas come with key amenities including a plunge pool and covered parking besides contemporary architecture, superior finishing, a modern kitchen and a maid’s room.

Zainab Mohammed, the chief property management and marketing officer, said: "Wasl properties is delighted to start leasing its first batch of villas. According to her, after the handover of Phase One, wasl expects to complete the whole project soon.
