Middle East Healthcare Company, one of the largest healthcare service providers in Saudi Arabia, said work was progressing well on its upcoming Saudi German Hospital project in Dammam and was on track for completion by mid-2019.

Work on the project started in December 2016 and it is now nearly 23 per cent completed, said the company in a statement to the Saudi bourse Tadawul.

Middle East Healthcare Company was founded by Batterjee family, which owns and operates network of state-of-the-art hospitals under the brand name Saudi German Hospitals.

Currently, it operates multi-specialty tertiary level hospitals in the cities of Jeddah, Riyadh, Madinah and Asir.-TradeArabia News Service
