Naseej to showcase premium Bahrain waterfront project

16-04-2018

Naseej, one of Bahrain’s leading real estate developers, will be showcasing CanalView, its premium mixed-use project built around the spectacular 1.6-km-long Dilmunia Canal, at the upcoming Gulf Property Show 2018.

A boutique showcase for the real estate and property development sectors in the Northern Gulf region, Gulf Property Show will run from April 24 to 26 at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre.

It is being held under the patronage of HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Prime Minister of Bahrain, said the event organiser Hilal Conference and Exhibitions (HCE).

CanalView, one of Naseej’s most prestigious projects in the kingdom, is strategically located in Dilmunia’s health island, in the northern part of the Muharraq island.

The four-tower complex will offer breathtaking views of the Waterfall Bridge, water fountains and sea views and is just a walk away from major retail, F&B (food and beverage) and café outlets.

All the apartments being offered within this project are available on a freehold basis, said the statement from Naseej. It also offers easy access to the island’s main public park.

On the project, Ahmed Al Hammadi, the general manager of Naseej, said: "CanalView offers a unique lifestyle in a much sought-after destination for those seeking luxury and excellence in real estate projects."

"The iconic development provides residents private access to rooftop gardens, private apartment gardens, swimming pools, gym and a main clubhouse that delivers canal side living at its finest," he stated.

Al Hammadi said: "As a leading developer in Bahrain our aim is to build sustainable communities. The Gulf Property show is widely regarded as one of the largest real estate and property development expos in the kingdom, and we are looking forward to another promising and successful participation in this year’s show."

"We also hope to build upon our success from previous shows and achieve greater results in showcasing our brand and our range of real estate projects in Bahrain," he stated.

Jubran Abdulrahman, the managing director of HCE, said: "Naseej is the first fully-integrated real estate and infrastructure development company in the Middle East and North Africa (Mena) region. They are an ethically driven and socially responsible company."

Gulf Property Show’s supporting organisations are Bahrain’s regulatory real estate authority (Rera), as well as Survey and Land Registration Bureau and BaPDA (Bahrain Property Developers Association).

The Gulf Property Show takes place alongside two other major exhibitions – Interiors Expo and Gulf Construction Expo, continuing the success of the only integrated B2B and B2C platforms for the construction, interior and property sectors in the Northern Gulf.-TradeArabia News Service
