Maisonette, a property management software company with offices across the Middle East and North Africa (Mena) region, is showcasing its software solutions at the Cityscape Abu Dhabi, the emirate's largest annual real estate event, which concludes today (April 18).

Maisonette's software provides a seamless experience from start to end for the real estate business cycles by automating all business functions. It enables effective co-ordination and communication among departments from operations, finance and facility management, said the company in a statement.

Maisonette’s participation in Cityscape Abu Dhabi highlights the role of PropTech in providing smart solutions as the company aims to contribute to the PropTech revolution within the region by providing an all-integrated ERP & CRM solution that transforms the real estate operations through automating all business functions.

The PropTech company has been providing smart solutions for property management companies and real estate developers for more than years; Maisonette services and solutions manage around 60,000 units for medium to large real estate companies across the Mena region.

Specialised and customised for the real estate industry, Maisonette is an all-in-one integrated ERP and  CRM software that streamlines most of the operations in a real estate company, providing a fully-integrated cycle for operations, finance, sales, customer care, and facility management, in order to maximize the company’s revenue and optimize the operations cost, said the statement.

Maisonette said it automates cross-departmental operations within a real estate company, streamlining and linking tasks of separate departments.

This technology reduces operations costs up to 30%, and increases the productivity of employees. By providing a user-friendly experience, the software is cost-effective and quick to implement, as it is built specifically for the real estate market. Maisonette is also launching a smart mobile app for maintenance requests by tenants, it added.

CEO Amjad Abbas said: “PropTech has been evolving and growing and more is yet to come, as it is attracting the attention of large multinational investors, and governments especially in their Smart City projects.”

“The UAE has established itself as a hub for startups, and its transformation into a knowledge-based economy has been encouraging the rise of technology companies to meet international demand, and Maisonette Software products have already been implemented throughout the region, with bigger plans to expand into more PropTech products and more countries,” observed Abbas.

"We recognized a need in the market for real estate specific software that is complete and unifies and integrates all real estate departments under one platform, in order to avoid repetitive and manual tasks and to reduce operational costs," stated the top official.

"The quality of life for tenants is also improved with the help of PropTech, as maintenance is becoming more preventive and proactive, and communication between all real estate parties is becoming more seamless, thanks to Software, Smart Apps, AI, Big Data and the Internet of Things," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
