Amlak, the investment and real estate arm owned by the Social Insurance Organisation in Bahrain, has issued two requests for proposals (RfP) to specialised companies to provide integrated facilities management (FM) services for a major commercial development in the heart of capital Manama.

The first RfP is for management and operation of full facility services pertaining to a shopping mall and two 11-storey office buildings in the capital Manama, said the company in its tender notification.

The second RfP is for the appointment of an integrated FM services company to manage a portfolio of low-rise residential buildings  and retail markets located across the kingdom, it stated.

The RfPs are open to integrated FM companies with a five-year proven track record of dealing with similar properties. The deadline for submission of tenders is June 24.-TradeArabia News Service
