Falconcity of Wonders ... coming up in Dubai.

Falconcity of Wonders, the developer of Falconcity of Wonders (FCW) - a multipurpose mega project currently being built in Dubai, UAE, is set to take part at a leading property show in Hong Kong.

The Hong Kong edition of the Dubai Property Show will be held at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in association with the Dubai Land Department from January 28 to 30.

The developer will take this opportunity to touch base with one of Dubai’s biggest realty customer bases and accommodate the growing interest of leading investors in Dubai’s high property returns, according to a statement from Falconcity of Wonders.

Real estate buyers from Hong Kong and China are looking forward to investing in Dubai; being one of the safest markets worldwide, it said.

The more than 41-million-sq-ft residential, tourist, entertainment and recreational mega project is formed in the shape of a falcon in tribute to the emblem of the UAE, and it will feature the world’s most remarkable landmarks as part of its ‘The World in a City’ concept.

Alharith bin Salem Almoosa, vice chairman and deputy general manager of Falconcity of Wonders, said: “Real estate investors in Hong Kong and China are increasingly looking for investing in leading property markets around the world including Dubai, which offers exceptional opportunities where the real estate market is characterised by profitable and consistent returns, and this is exactly why they are in fact among investors of our development.

"The upcoming Dubai Property Show in Hong Kong offers an excellent venue for us to meet up with existing and potential buyers, and to discuss how the projects within Falconcity of Wonders make the mega project a valuable addition to their investments due to our lucrative and exciting business plans along with the benefits of Dubai’s economic stability and sustainable growth.”

“We expect to sustain the momentum of our very successful presence in the recent Indian edition of the show and present Falconcity of Wonders as an investment opportunity that leading investors from Hong Kong and China would not want to miss,” he added. - TradeArabia News Service
