Diyar Al Muharraq, one of the biggest urban development companies in Bahrain, has signed an agreement with Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE) to become a strategic sponsor of the Gulf Property Show 2016 taking place later this month.

The agreement was signed by Diyar Al Muharraq chief executive officer Dr Maher Al Shaer and HCE managing director Jubran Abdulrahman.

The Gulf Property Show will be held at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre from April 26 to 28.

Diyar Al Muharraq will occupy a prominent place among its peers in the exhibition with the urban developer hosting visitors in its largest ever stand at the show, as it looks to increase visibility, attract more interest and maximise exposure.

Diyar Al Muharraq is a unique masterplanned city offering a range of housing options and quality lifestyle. It offers a cohesive mix of residential and commercial properties with a strong line-up of projects aimed at creating a long-term and sophisticated township.

In its fourth participation at the Gulf Property Show, Diyar Al Muharraq intends to showcase its masterplan, along with individual models of the eclectic mix of projects that it encompasses. This includes significant developments such as the recently opened Dragon City, which encompasses Dragon Mall, the Dining Village, a warehousing area and Dragon Apartments.

It will also exhibit other noteworthy projects that form an integral part of the development, such as Marassi Al Bahrain, which is planned to be the biggest mixed-use waterfront project in the country and Al Bareh that is composed of three main areas, namely seafront residential plots, residential plots and residential investment plots.

Diyar Al Muharraq will also be showcasing its ongoing projects such as Diyar Homes and the Social Housing Project. The government’s social housing project will comprise 3,100 residential units, its associated primary and secondary infrastructure facilities and community centres.

Additionally, the highly lucrative commercial projects that remain up for grabs such as commercial villa plots, the B5 residential buildings plots, light industry/logistics and warehousing plots and the commercial showroom plots that are yet to be booked will also be highlighted during the exhibition.

Dr Al Shaer said: “With the Kingdom of Bahrain scaling unprecedented heights in the real estate market, the Gulf Property Show continues to grow at an exponential rate attracting visitors and exhibitors from all over the region, enabling it to emerge as the premier exhibition of its kind in the Middle East. We look forward to exhibiting our monumental project at such a professional and renowned exhibition.” - TradeArabia News Service
