Dubai-based Ellington, a leading design-led property developer, recently marked a gala celebration with home-owners of Belgravia II, which was handed over to customers in February this year.

With 188 homes handed over, Belgravia II, located in Jumeirah Village Circle, has come to life with residents moving in to an elegant neighbourhood with a choice of lifestyle amenities, a statement said.

The celebratory event aimed at building community spirit with residents taking part in colourful activities held at the central courtyard of Belgravia II, which features a swimming pool, children’s play area, fitness studio and dedicated yoga centre.

Robert Booth, managing director of Ellington, said: “A resort-style community, Belgravia II reinforces the project development approach of Ellington to create exceptional communities located centrally and with a stand-out design. With residents moving in, Belgravia II has now come to life, adding to the portfolio of trendy residential destination developed by Ellington.”

A defining feature of Belgravia II is the art installation by students of American University of Sharjah Interior Design & Photography Department. A central sculpture piece, designed by the young talents of the university, adorns the lobby. There are over 90 compelling photographs too, which add to the design ethos of Belgravia II.

Belgravia II comprises studio, one and two-bedroom apartments, as well as two-storey, two-bedroom private townhouses, each with enclosed private terraces. – TradeArabia News Service
