THE UAE-based Bin Majid Hotels and Resorts is to boost its Abu Dhabi portfolio with the addition of the Bin Majid Tower, following the launch of Nehal Hotel, its first project in the emirate which is due to open this year.

The new Bin Majid Tower features 230 deluxe hotel apartments, furnished and equipped to international standards, with designated rooms for guests that are physically challenged and interconnecting rooms for families.

The hotel is part of a Dh400-million ($108 million) expansion plan that is expected to support the group’s development in the region where Bin Majid has now established a solid presence.

It has four hotels in Ras Al Khaimah – Beach Resort, Beach Hotel, Acacia Hotel and Mangrove Hotel with a fifth currently under construction, a new Santorini on Marjan Island, the first man-made island project in Ras Al Khaimah.

The Santorini, which is scheduled to open its doors by the end of this year, is a seven-storey building comprising 410 stylish guest rooms as well as an array of facilities and amenities.
