Al Tameer Group has broken ground on an upscale residential development, which forms part of the prestigious Mina Al Arab in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

The UAE-based contracting group was recently awarded a contract for the Bermuda Villas by RAK Properties, one of the UAE’s biggest property developers and master-developer of Mina Al Arab.

Under the terms of the agreement, Al Tameer will build a total of 157 three- to six-bedroom villas and townhouses.

Present during the ground-breaking event were RAK Properties marketing director and CEO Mohammed Sultan Al Qadi and deputy chief executive officer Paul Ashton. Also present were Abdullah Hasan Al Zaabi, chairman of Al Tameer Group and other officials.
