Saudi-based Sabban Group of Companies has announced plans to develop Bayat Plaza, a residential project in Jeddah featuring two neighbouring towers that will offer 272 luxury apartments including duplexes and penthouses.

Located off the intersection of Madinah Road and King Abdullah Road, the Bayat Plaza is the first-of-its-kind real estate development for Sabban Group in Saudi Arabia. The project being developed by Manazil, a Sabban Group company, is expected to be completed by the end of next year.

Sloanes Real Estate Brokers, a subsidiary of Sabban, has been named the exclusive agent for the key residential development, reported the Saudi Gazette.

The residents of Bayat Plaza will be serviced by more than 1,600 sq m of retail space spanning across two lower levels. This will include a mini market, stylish cafés and food outlets, designer boutiques and a state-of-the-art gymnasium, the report said.

“The launch of Bayat Plaza project is a significant milestone for Sloanes and we are excited to introduce a world-class real estate development in the kingdom,” said Arron Browne, group sales and marketing director at Sabban Group of Companies.

“With its sleek external architecture, the Bayat Plaza development will emerge as one of the most iconic and recognisable developments that will not only transform the skyline of Madinah Road, but also add significant aesthetic and convenience value to the entire neighbourhood,” he added.
