UAE-based Azizi Developments has awarded a contract worth Dh200 million ($54 million) to Keilani Construction Company (KCC) for the development of two high-end serviced residences at Al Furjan master community, a 15-minute drive from the new Al Maktoum International Airport in Dubai.

The Dh510-million ($139 million) projects, which are already under construction, will be delivered by the end of 2017, said Azizi.

The high-end serviced residences – Roy-Mediterranean and Montrell – comprise studios and one-bedroom apartments, each standing nine storeys tall, including the ground level and two parking levels.

Facing the Dubai Investment Park roundabout, Roy-Mediterranean spans over 285,367 sq ft, and features 271 units including 224 studios and 47 one-bedroom apartments. Montrell, on the other hand, is being constructed on a new location on the other side of the road. The project comprises 222 units, including 168 studios and 54 one-bedroom residences, and spreads over 246,243 sq ft.
