Demag AC 130-5 ... new addition to the fleet.

The Bahrain-based Sarens Nass Middle East is adding 15 new Demag AC 130-5 all-terrain cranes to its fleet.

“We have a significant number of new Demag all-terrain cranes in our fleet,” said Alhanoof Nass, director of Sarens Nass Middle East. “The Sarens Nass Middle East group has shown its continuous support and believes in the Demag line of products by ordering these cranes. They manufacture products that are of superior quality.”

The five-axle Demag AC 130-5 all-terrain cranes Sarens has ordered are the most compact units in the 130-tonne-capacity class with a total length of 14.3 m and a carrier width of 2.75 m. The cranes come with a standard 60-m-long main boom and can reach a maximum system length of 86.5 m with additional main boom extensions.

“The name Demag has always stood for quality in our group. Furthermore, Terex Cranes understands our needs and can provide tailored solutions when and where necessary,” said Ludo Sarens, president of Sarens.

Sarens Nass Middle East is a leader in crane services, engineered heavy-lifting and shift solutions. The company was established in 2002 as a joint venture between Belgium-based Sarens Group and Bahrain-based Nass Group. It is headquartered in Bahrain with associates in other GCC countries including Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Abu Dhabi.
