Nshama, a private developer of integrated lifestyle communities, has unveiled Jenna, the first residential apartments to be developed at its trendy lifestyle project Town Square in Dubai, UAE.

Town Square is located in New Dubai in close proximity to Arabian Ranches Golf Course, Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club and Al Maktoum International Airport, near the site for the World Expo 2020. The development will feature more than 3,000 townhouses and over 18,000 apartments as well as substantial retail, hospitality and commercial space. Town Square has a high land-to-building ratio, with more open spaces for a greener community.

The launch offers the unprecedented opportunity to own homes at affordable price points within the heart of the 31-million-sq-ft development, said Nshama.

Among the most premium units in Town Square, Jenna brings a new lifestyle choice for its residents. They will live next door to a new Vida Town Square Dubai hotel, Reel Cinemas cineplex and open-air cinema besides more than 2.5 million sq ft of retail of which over 350 shops and food and beverages (F&B) outlets are located around the Main Square itself.

The size of 16 football fields, the Main Square is highlighted by retail, hospitality and leisure choices that will delight residents, it stated. In addition to exclusive retail and F&B attractions on the podium level, Jenna homes directly overlook the vibrant Main Square and the central park.

Announcing the launch, CEO Fred Durie said: “The Main Square is the soul of Town Square, and underlines the trendy new lifestyle that we are bringing to Dubai. Since the launch of Town Square, end-users have been awaiting the launch of residential units within Main Square.”

“While Jenna are the premium homes in Town Square, the fundamental approach of Nshama to deliver affordable, ‘live life at your price’ homes continues to be the highlight of the new residences too,” remarked Durie.

The developer said it plans to launch new residential projects within Main Square. The earlier launches of townhouses and apartments in Town Square gained overwhelming end-use investor response.
