Leading regional developer Emaar has announced the launch of the second phase of Maple Two project featuring green getaway residences in the 2,700-acre Dubai Hills Estate area in Dubai, UAE.

A joint venture between Emaar and Meraas Holding, Dubai Hills Estate is envisaged as Dubai’s first ‘green city’ with the Maple townhouses set amidst leafy emerald avenues and green corridors.

The new Maples Two project promises a green outdoor lifestyle with access to a wide range of modern amenities in the heart of Dubai, said Emaar.

Part of the Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City), Dubai Hills Estate is located in close proximity to Downtown Dubai and Al Maktoum International Airport. Its dedicated link to the Dubai Metro expansion as well as its easy access from Sheikh Zayed Road makes it a sought-after development in Dubai today, it stated.

Ideally suited for families who are seeking a ‘get-away’ lifestyle from the bustle of the city, Maple Two residents will have effortless access to exceptional amenities including high-end retail, two world-class hotels, a tennis academy, an 18-hole championship golf course, a choice of trendy cafes and restaurants, and several parks and natural trails, the statement added.

Ahmad Al Matrooshi, the managing director of Emaar Properties, commented: “Maple Two townhouses are the first of their kind in the city with the focus on green living. The extensive green landscapes and natural trails make Maple Two homes the first choice for end-use homeowners and customers who seek long-term value.”

“Residents are assured of an active outdoor lifestyle, a quiet and peaceful ambience and the opportunity to live in close harmony with nature. With Maple Two, we are offering a perfect mix of tranquillity and proximity to the heart of the city,” noted Al Matrooshi.

Enveloped in a green corridor, Maple Two offers a limited number of 666 contemporary-styled townhouses with three to five bedrooms and ranging from 2,200 to 2,700 sq ft with starting price of Dh1.9 million ($517,160) for a three-bedroom townhouse.

According to Emaar, the greenbelt serves as the ‘natural lungs’ of the development, providing shaded pathways with seating areas, exercise courses, fitness stations, play grounds and jogging and cycling trails.

All homes have exceptional quality finishes and fixtures, and offer superior entertainment connectivity, it stated.

The Dubai developer has launched sales of the new units in the UAE and Oman.
