ETA Star has awarded contracts worth a total of Dh1.05 billion ($285.87 million) for three projects.
Civil Company will build the Centrium, a sprawling apartment complex at the heart of the International Media Production Zone (IMPZ), Ascon will construct Al Manara, a one-stop business centre, which is the first commercial venture by a private developer in the Business Bay, and Fast Contracting will undertake the Star Heights residential development. The Centrium is expected to be ready by May 2009, and the Al Manara by January 2009.
