Bahrain's Minister of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Engineer Essam bin Abdulla Khalaf received at his office the newly appointed construction projects director Engineer Mariam Abdulla Amin.

During the meeting, which was also attended by the Ministry’s Works Affairs Undersecretary Engineer Ahmed Al Khayyat, the minister lauded HRH the Prime Minister’s trust in the Bahraini competencies and his decision to appoint them in leading positions.

Khalaf also expressed his pride at having Engineer Amin join the Works Ministry to contribute to the development of the Construction Projects Directorate. He wished her success in her endeavours.     

Amin expressed happiness at joining the ministry and extended her thanks to the minister for his constant support to ministry’s staff.
