Diyar Al Muharraq, a leading urban developer in Bahrain, said its upcoming projects such as the Al Bareh and Al Qamra freehold residential developments and the Star Commercial Villa plots have been a big hit at the Gulf Property Show in Manama.

The region's boutique showcase for real estate and property developments, Gulf Property Show concludes today (April 27) at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre.

It is being organised by Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE) under the patronage of Bahrain's Prime Minister HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa.

An overwhelmed Diyar Al Muharraq said its stand has been receiving a record number of visitors for the last two days and has generated a lot of positive feedback from them.

Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, the Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Ministerial Committee for Construction and Infrastructure, who inaugurated the expo had visited the Diyar Al Muharraq stand on the opening day and lauded the ongoing projects.

Delighted at the visit, CEO Dr Maher Al Shaer said: "Shaikh Khalid has always shown an enthusiastic approach in consistently following up on the comprehensive progress of all real estate projects and developments in both Bahrain and the GCC."

"This is evident by his extensive and all-embracing interest in the Diyar Al Muharraq project right from the very beginning to our advanced stages of progress, with all of our milestones and accomplishments throughout that period being a result of divine sanction, as well as the immaculate directions of the HRH Prime Minister.”

The biggest exhibition of its kind, the Gulf Property Show accommodates a network of competent corporate investors and property development realtors in Bahrain who utilise the event as a platform to introduce their different projects and real estate services, stated Dr Al Shaer.

"By exhibiting our various projects, we are proud to offer the latest and most innovative real estate solutions whilst also allowing potential clients a sweeping overview of our current and future endeavours, as part of our vision of contributing to further consolidating Bahrain’s eminent status,” he added.

In its fifth participation, Diyar Al Muharraq presented its masterplan, along with individual models of an amalgamate of projects including significant residential developments such as the Al Bareh freehold residential plots, the Star Commercial Villa plots, the commercial showroom plots, and the Al Qamra freehold residential plots.

Additionally, the commercial projects, such as the commercial villa plots, the B5 residential buildings plots, light industry/logistics and warehousing plots and the commercial showroom plots that are yet to be booked were highlighted during the exhibition.
