Dubai Land Department (DLD) has recently been awarded two ISO certificates for its quality management system (9001: 2015) and environmental management system (14001: 2015).

Mohammed Sultan Thani, supervisor of the services monitoring department at Dubai Land Department, said: "DLD is pleased to have received these ISO certificates, which reflect our eagerness to adopt best practices and international standards in our integrated performance management and development system.

“The two certificates have been awarded in recognition of the efforts made across our various departments and teams to achieve the highest quality in our performance, customer service and development of internal systems. DLD has also been recognised for its commitment to protecting the environment through a variety of initiatives and to ensuring that best practices are applied to preserve resources and reduce waste.”

The two certificates were received by Sultan Butti bin Mejren, director general of DLD; Thani; Amani Dablan, director of the services monitoring department; from Thalai Malai Rajan Palanichamy, certification and business enhancement manager at SGS.
