Oasis Mall Juffair, a multimillion-dollar project in Bahrain by the Landmark Group, is expected to open this August.

Built over an area of 58,400 sq m, the multi-storey shopping and entertainment centre is set to become a family destination, with exclusive retail spaces, multi-themed restaurants and fast-food chains.

The project offers a gross leasable area of 26,000 sq m, of which roughly half is allocated to flagship brands and franchisees of the Landmark Group, with the remaining rentable space being let to others. The mall has 870 car-park spaces at grade and in a multi-level parking block, to cater to the expected large footfall.

The group currently operates seven malls across the GCC with another four in the pipeline.
