The Bloom Towers ... comprising 944 units over a four-level podium.

Bloom Properties, a specialist in the development of integrated and sustainable communities, has announced the completion of enabling works at its residential development, Bloom Towers, located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) in Dubai.

Once complete in the fourth quarter of 2020, Bloom Towers will include three independent high-rise buildings comprising a total of 944 units built over a four-level podium, said the UAE developer.

Two towers are allocated for sale, featuring 689 contemporary studios and one-bedroom apartments boasting a timeless and elegant design and quality finishes, it stated.

National Piling, a leading contracting company with long-standing experience in general construction and civil engineering, executed the enabling works on the project.

A unit of Bloom Holding, the company develops a range of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects in prime locations across the Middle East and North Africa (Mena) region.

In addition to offering easy access to all major highways, Bloom Towers is situated in proximity to the upcoming Circle Mall, as well as a community centre, parks, retail outlets, schools, playgrounds, and mosques.

Bloom Holding CEO Sameh Muhtadi said: “The completion of enabling works at Bloom Towers marks a key milestone in our efforts to ensure the timely handover of this project.”

“Having generated considerable interest since its sales launch during Cityscape 2017, Bloom Towers is firmly on track to create a destination constructed to the highest quality standards that will provide its residents with an exceptional urban living experience,” noted Muhtadi.

Ideally located on Al Khail Road within a short commute from Dubai’s major business hubs and free zones, the development will provide a complete range of facilities to help residents achieve a perfect work-life balance, he added.
