Saudi-based AlOula Real Estate Development Company has announced the sales of its Ajdan Rise, an iconic architectural landmark spread over a 6,826.5-sq-m area on the Al Khobar seafront.

The 130-m-high Ajdan Rise tower features 187 luxurious residential units including penthouses, duplex apartments, and luxury apartments with one- and two-bedrooms, in different sizes and configurations, said company representatives during an official ceremony held recently at the Ajdan Sales Centre in Al Khobar corniche.
