Muscat Bay, a joint venture between Saraya Holdings Oman and Oman Tourism Development Company (Omran), says it has achieved a major milestone with the successful completion of Phase One of the Signature Parkland residential project at the Zaha property zone within its integrated tourism complex (ITC) development.

The milestone marks the completion and availability of villas, apartments and duplexes in the property sections of Nameer, Zaha and Wajd, says the developer.

The 33-Nameer island villas located in one of the largest man-made lagoons in the sultanate, while the Zaha properties include 200 residences, with one- to two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom penthouse apartments, and duplexes, positioned to provide direct access to the community Parkland area.

The Wajd hilltop villas host the most striking views at Muscat Bay, where 22 exclusive villas are situated on a private elevated hill area, it states.

Following the official opening of Signature Parkland at the Zaha zone as part of Phase One, Muscat Bay now aims to open up the Village Square nearby and Jumeirah Hotel soon, it adds.

Muscat Bay is a fully-fledged tourism complex covering 2.2 million sq m facing the waterfront of the Gulf of Oman, surrounded by the tall mountains capes.

Upon its completion, the project will include 435 residences spread across five freehold residential areas, offering residency to all nationalities. It will also include two five-star hotels.
