Bentley Systems is organising a one-day event dedicated to understanding the potential of building information modelling (BIM) by going digital.

At the ‘Going Digital Event’ this month, participants will see how they can build digital competency and capabilities with Bentley solutions, service and guidance.

“Participants will learn how 3D digital engineering models created during the planning and design phases can provide the interactive 3D environment for longer-term operations and asset performance,” a spokesman for Bentley Systems said.

Bentley executives will be speaking on the advantage of moving beyond a common data environment to a connected data environment, and the impact on outcomes to better manage and mitigate risks associated with large capital projects and the ongoing maintenance of assets.

Also at the event, participants will be able to discuss advancements in Bentley’s ContextCapture reality modelling software, and how it impacts workflow from acquisition to consumption, across multiple disciplines.

They will hear from other Bentley users on the application of Bentley software to some of the most recognised projects in the Middle East.
