Although the numbers may have been small, but the contingent that arrived from Luxembourg did have some of the biggest names in the industry.

This year's Luxembourg participation featured 11 companies in the construction sector including ABES, ArcelorMittal, Cargolux airlines, GF3, Lang's Lights, Luxconsult, Menuiserie Kraemer, St Gobain Abrasives, Starline International, Unikat Interior and Vetedy Luxembourg.
ABES’s solutions featured the use of 3p technology objects for public spaces. ArcelorMittal Steel displayed its long carbon steel, flat carbon-coated and uncoated steel, sheet piles and accessories, pipes and tubes, and wire products. Cargolux, the seventh largest air cargo carrier worldwide and the largest all-cargo carrier in Europe, also was at the Big 5 to promote its services.
GF3 highlighted its facade cradle technology and GF3 Motionrail, while Lang's Lights focused on metal constructions, road lightings and stainless steel products.
Luxconsult sought to forge new partnerships with Middle East consultancy firms, which would help the company gain access to the regional markets for its wide range of services, right from project management to environment impact studies.
Menuiserie Kraemer displayed its innovative custom joinery skills in woodworking for staircases, kitchens and interiors.
St Gobain Abrasives highlighted its Clipper machinery and  Norton diamond products that are sold through dealers in the GCC countries such as the UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, besides Pakistan, Lebanon, Egypt, Jordan and Syria.
Starline International put on show its non-polluting Climart fire for use in fireplaces, while Unikat Interiors, highlighted the company's high-quality furniture, customised kitchens and extravagant bathroom solutions.
Tropical wood specialist, Vetedy Luxembourg, highlighted its strong experience in the installation of outdoor parquets.
