UAE-based Amirah Developments has officially broken ground on its inaugural project, Bonds Avenue Residences, at Dubai Islands – the new waterfront destination close to the emirate’s historic downtown Deira district and the Gold Souq.

Shine Square Building Contracting has been signed up as the main contractor for the new waterfront mixed-use community, while Al Gafry Consulting Architects Engineers will oversee the construction work.

Bonds Avenue Residences will feature a curated mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with three-bedroom townhouses and triplexes, and opulent four-bedroom penthouses.  Unit sizes range from 810 sq ft to 4,416 sq ft.

Designed to maximise space and natural light, the residences showcase flowing layouts that break free from conventional design constraints. Panoramic windows offer uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf’s turquoise waters and Dubai’s iconic skyline.

The development combines striking architectural forms with functional, spacious interiors. 

Enabling works has commenced immediately following the appointment of the contractor, with full-scale construction planned for later this year.

The project is on track for completion by the first quarter of 2027, it stated.
