Eywa Tree of Life is conceived as a “living organism” structured around the sacred geometry of the banyan tree.
The concept of ultra-luxury living is undergoing a profound evolution, with developers increasingly focusing on regenerative design and cutting-edge construction technology to create buildings that actively enhance the well-being of their inhabitants. Leading this movement is R.Evolution with Eywa, its flagship global brand that aims to set new standards for regenerative luxury living with a focus on health, wellbeing, and longevity.
Eywa’s first landmark, the Eywa Tree of Life along the Dubai Water Canal, is conceived as a “living organism” structured around the sacred geometry of the banyan tree. The development’s core design philosophy integrates biophilic principles – which connect occupants to nature – with the latest in building systems and materials. The project is an ambitious effort to fuse ancient wisdom, such as Vastu Shastra, with a modern technocratic approach to achieve energetic harmony and health optimisation.
Featuring 50 bespoke residences comprising from two- to five-bedroom apartments and two flagship penthouses, the exclusive collection of homes set a new benchmark for soulful urban living designed for spacious living with meticulous attention to detail. These units have access to an array of luxurious amenities, including private plunge pools, a library, gourmet restaurant, multiple pools, and a rejuvenating spa.
The project is set to become a global exemplar, targeting an unprecedented triple-certification:

• LEED Platinum: Demonstrating best-in-class green building strategies, water efficiency, and sustainable material use.
• WELL Platinum: Focusing on the building’s impact on human health and well-being through air, water, nourishment, light, fitness, comfort, and mind.
• WiredScore Platinum: Certifying the building’s digital connectivity, resilience, and readiness for future technology.
Eywa Tree of Life is expected to be the first building in the world to feature grounding crystals embedded into its structure. This is presented as a method to harmonise energy and support the energetic balance of the occupants. It will be the first in the region to integrate EMFIS, an advanced low-electromagnetic field (EMF) architectural system. This system is designed into the building’s structure to minimise electromagnetic radiation exposure, a feature intended to support mental clarity and improve the residents’ circadian rhythm and sleep quality.
The residences will feature high-grade systems for environmental purification:
MERV 14+ air purification: This system includes ionisation, UV-C LED sterilisation, and robotic ventilation cleaning to ensure superior indoor air quality.
Alfa Omega water system: This technology creates structured “liquid crystalline water” using sound and mineral resonance, an innovation aimed at enhanced hydration.
Neuroarchitecture and biophilic design: Beyond aesthetics, the biophilic design principles are meticulously applied to support cognitive clarity and emotional equilibrium. The spatial flow and selection of materials are guided by principles of neuroarchitecture to positively influence the occupants’ mental state.
Integrated sustainable food systems: The building includes hydroponic micro-farms to provide a direct, farm-to-table source of fresh produce for all residents, minimising logistics and supporting food security.
An entire floor of the tower is dedicated to wellness, with the design focused on creating immersive, technologically supported experiences:
Crystal-infused, Faraday cave meditation lounge: A prime example of merging ancient and modern, this space utilises a Faraday cage concept for ultimate electromagnetic shielding, creating a pure environment for meditation.
Specialised spa suites: The facility includes a dedicated Ayurvedic treatment suite and a traditional Japanese bath (Eywa Way of Water), requiring specialised plumbing, HVAC, and material selections to maintain the high-humidity, high-heat, and material-specific requirements of these environments.
Vastu-aligned landscaping: Grounding trees are positioned according to Vastu Shastra principles to optimise the flow of positive energy and foster emotional well-being within the communal areas.
Completion of the Eywa Tree of Life is slated for Summer 2026.
