Saudi Build will offer a comprehensive showcase that comprises innovative products and solutions from 400 exhibitors from 22 countries.

Saudi Build, one of the Middle East’s most prominent construction and infrastructure exhibitions, will open its doors in Riyadh this month (November 3 to 6) with a showcase that comprises innovative products and solutions from 400 exhibitors from 22 countries.

The 35th edition of the kingdom’s longest running construction event, organised by Riyadh Exhibitions Company (REC), will be held at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center (RICEC) on King Abdullah Road in the Saudi capital.

The annual trade show serves as a key platform for Saudi Arabia’s rapidly expanding construction sector, which is central to the kingdom’s Vision 2030 economic diversification plan.

The 2025 edition of Saudi Build will see the participation of nine international pavilions and will be attended by key decision makers, investors, suppliers, and industry experts from around the globe.

Saudi Build showcases a wide range of products and technologies, including interior design, building materials, stone technology, heavy machinery, prefabricated construction, and smart building solutions targeted at the booming building and construction sector of the region.

The exhibition takes place as Saudi Arabia’s economy continues to see strong growth, driven by significant government investment in infrastructure and urban development. The International Monetary Fund (IMF) projects the kingdom’s gross domestic product (GDP) to grow by 4.7 per cent in 2025.

The fair aims to highlight progress on Vision 2030-aligned projects and support the national infrastructure build-out, including preparations for hosting Expo 2030.

With over 35 years of continuous success, the exhibition continues to cement its position as a strategic platform that provides an ideal environment for forging partnerships, exchanging expertise, and exploring the latest trends shaping the future of the construction industry.

Saudi Build 2025 offers a comprehensive platform to showcase the latest products, solutions, and advanced technologies in construction. It also facilitates prearranged B2B meetings between distributors, commercial buyers, project owners, consultancy firms, and architects, fostering collaboration and enabling the development of innovative solutions tailored to the evolving needs of projects across the kingdom.

This year’s showcase spans a wide spectrum of specialised categories including interior design and finishing, construction technologies and services, stone technology, factories and heavy machinery and vehicles, wood production and technologies, building materials and construction solutions, prefabricated and modular construction, as well as aluminium, doors, building facades, glass, and windows.

The exhibition is expected to attract professionals and industry stakeholders eager to explore the latest advancements and the transformative potential of smart technologies and digital solutions in creating innovative and sustainable urban environments.

Saudi Build forms part of the kingdom’s broader efforts to advance the goals of Saudi Vision 2030. It reflects the remarkable progress of Vision-aligned projects and the substantial development of national infrastructure in preparation for hosting Expo 2030, further reinforcing Saudi Arabia’s position as a leading regional and global market for the construction industry, says the organiser.
