Marjan Beach project ... set to draw billions in investment.

Marjan, the master developer of freehold properties in Ras Al Khaimah, has launched its new mixed-use beach town destination – Marjan Beach.

It is set to attract billions of dollars in investments across lifestyle, real estate and hospitality and accelerate RAK Vision 2030, the developer said.

A transformational catalyst in Ras Al Khaimah’s evolution as the region’s premier sustainable investment destination and tourism gateway, Marjan Beach will establish new benchmarks for waterfront living in the GCC, it said.

Upon completion, the development will host 12,000 hotel keys and 22,000 residential units with a population of 74,000 residents and workforce of 32,000. It is designed to accommodate up to 180,000 visitors annually, reflecting its dual role as a thriving residential community and a premier tourism destination.

The project encompasses eight distinctly positioned neighbourhoods, set across 85 million sq ft of total masterplan area, with a beach frontage of 3 km and 6.5 million sq ft of open green spaces.

Overlooking the scenic waters of the Gulf and Al Marjan Island, the Beachfront Resorts area offers waterfront hospitality with a public beach, commercial streets and food outlets, while within walking distance from the beach, an upscale residential and commercial hub is framed by the largest park in the district connecting all neighbourhoods.

CEO Abdulla Al Abdouli said Marjan Beach is the UAE’s most comprehensive beach town destination, with a community-centric design offering expansive lush green spaces and easy access to the public beach.

“It is set to transform the region’s waterfront landscape. Ras Al Khaimah’s appetite for world-class real estate projects that encompass residential, hospitality, leisure and business offerings has been on an upswing of late,” he added.
