More than 50 of the GCC’s leading real estate developers and brokers will be showcasing their projects next month (April 5 to 7) at Cityscape Jeddah, the Jeddah urban development and real estate investment event.

Taking place for the sixth time at the Jeddah Centre for Forums and Events, Cityscape Jeddah 2015 will feature companies such as Sumou Holding Company, Ewaan Global Residential Company, Dubai-based Sobha Hartland, IQI Group, Benfaqee Real Estate Investments from Bahrain, LS Company, Sabban Property Investments, and Lifestyle Developers.

Commenting on the continued success of Cityscape Jeddah, Abdullah bin Mahfouz, chairman, National Exhibitions Company, organiser of Cityscape, said: “For the sixth year running, we look forward to welcoming real estate developers from Saudi Arabia and across the region. Real estate developers make use of Cityscape Jeddah to showcase their latest projects and connect with both potential clients and industry decision makers. Lifestyle Developers, participating for the second time in Cityscape Jeddah, will be launching its latest development project, Diyar Al Salam. In addition, the company will be introducing other new, upcoming projects as well as showcasing a variety of completed development projects.

Cityscape Jeddah consists of a two-day Real Estate Summit workshops with the three-day exhibition covering 10,000 sq m of exhibition space. Meanwhile, the ninth edition of Cityscape Abu Dhabi to be held in Abu Dhabi, UAE, next month (April 21 to 23) is gearing up to host more than 130 exhibitors over 18,000 sq m of exhibition space at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (Adnec).
