UAE-based Danube Properties has announced the launch of its new Dh400-million ($109 million) project ‘Miraclz’ located at Arjaan neighbourhood in the emirate of Dubai, close to Miracle Garden.

Miraclz offers a selection of 591 apartment units ranging from studio to two-bedroom apartments, where each home is fully furnished and equipped with modular furniture and where the living room turns into a bedroom with a full-sized bed at night.

The new tower is conveniently located near all the major landmarks of the city.

Commenting on the launch, Rizwan Sajan, the founder and chairman of Danube Group, says: “We are extremely happy to announce the launch of our new project. We started out two years ago and have been promoting ‘stop renting and start owning’ mantra and have received phenomenal response.”

The new residential complex will provide residents with a number of amenities, including retail spaces, a swimming pool with stunning water features and breathtaking city views, a fully-equipped health club with steam, sauna and massage bathtub, platform tennis court, badminton court and an amphitheatre, among others.

“Also, Danube is continuing with its famous one per cent payment plan, allowing customers to pay as low as Dh4,500 ($1,235) per month,” says Sajan.

All projects launched by Danube are under construction, with the handover of the first project scheduled soon. At present, Danube has a book value of $408 million worth of successful projects with over 1.7 million sq ft under construction.
